「Kitchen set up worked great for large group around the large kitchen table. The only drawback was that there was no fireguard around the kitchen stove. The kitchen stove provided a homely and welcoming feature but without a guard we had to be very careful with the children」

The location served as our base for exploring Glendalough, which was one of the top places to see on our 3-week trip, as well as Powerscourt Gardens, Waterfall, and other attractions such as Lough Tay and the bridge from the movie, "P.S. 「While this location is a bit away from Dublin, where we came to watch the NFL game, everything about this place is well worth it. The property itself offers breathtaking views. 「The Ladybird Chalet was beautiful inside! Very Comfortable and plenty of room for our family of 6. Such a welcome sight after a long road trip. We arrived late at night and our host stayed up to cheerfully greet us. We could not locate any potholders or dish towels, so the hostess was so kind to bring what we needed while we were out and also blessed us with some delicious snack cake. Overall, we had a great stay!」
