“After our experience at the last cottage, which was less than welcoming (guest instructions posted like confetti around whole house), cluttered, and unclean, we weren't sure what to expect.We weren’t disappointed! Seán allowed us to check in early and met us at their cottage to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for more!The cottage was spotlessly clean and had some basic supplies (tea, sugar, etc.). We took advantage of Suzi's cooking and……

“Cream cottage is comfortable and equipped with everything required for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, in a beautiful area, with a wonderful view of Knocknashee- the Hill of the Faeries. We were able to visit so many places during our stay. So much to see and do throughout the county, whatever you’d interest. Returning to the cottage each evening was lovely, sara was very responsive to any queries before and during our stay. ”

“Eight of us stayed in Jimmy's home as our base for climbing Croagh Patrick. The home was sited beautifully just outside of Westport and impeccably clean. There was space for eating outdoors, which was a must given how pretty the property is. Jimmy was a great host and timely answered all questions we had before the stay. If you're looking for a cozy, beautiful home in the Westport area, you cannot do better than this property. It won "best house" in our after-trip poll. ”

It’s situated off the road and every morning you can sit out front with your cup of coffee or hot tea and listen to the birds and the absolute silence around you. “Our stay was excellent. Beautiful cottage in an excellent location, close to Castlebar with good road connections for touring the beautiful county of Mayo. The hosts Declan and Laura are very welcoming and very accommodating. Absolutely lovely people. A real genuine "Cead Mile Failte" is felt here.
