「We spent 4 days at this location, and the rooms were not serviced once. Considering the cost for two rooms we felt this was pretty poor. The staff member at reception on arrival was quite rude and made the check in process a less than pleasant experience. The rooms have a hot plate but nothing to actually cook with. 「Naming of location was misleadng. (Bell Gorge is nowhere near property which is located in a unattractive area). Staff were a bit over the season and not as willing to help as other Kimberley places we visited. Maybe could benefit from extra training or maybe difficult to attract good staff to a bad location? 」
