“We stayed here for our son's wedding, this rental could really be top notch with a few additions. Not much for cookware or serverware. Couldn't find a bowl to wash fruit in. The oven display didn't work, so we tried to bake something and couldn't tell what temp the oven was. Drawer for silverware broken, so be careful getting a spoon, the entire drawer could fall out. Did not see a high chair that was listed as an amenity. King bed was fine, but others in the smaller queens and double said they……

“Over all it wasn’t bad but definitely needed some updating! Need proper curtains for the bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom needs a curtain for the door or a new door. Also needs a new ceiling fan! New decor. And fix up the yard. We stayed 3 days although we weren’t there much. But with some updating wouldn’t be too bad.”

“We were visiting our son who attends Lawrence University. The place was very clean, very well equipped and the check-in instructions were super simple. The home actually is better than the pictures online and it is very cozy. I would highly recommend this listing, we would stay here again anytime we are in Appleton. EXCELLENT!!”

“What a wonderful place to stay in Appleton. Home is located close to the heart of Appleton in a picturesque neighborhood. I had originally booked another home with a different property manager, and was nothing like pictured in the ad. I then reserved this wonderful home and was not disappointed.
