「I stayed here with my son to celebrate my birthday. We needed a quiet and relaxing getaway and this was the perfect place to do that. I was really pleased with how clean and organized everything was. Also the views were AMAZING! Laurel was really nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. 」

「Our impression…perfect! From the quiet still mornings with coffee out in the swing with Mr Jingles to the late afternoon walks to visit the farm animals and enjoy the scenery was a joy to experience. The cabin was perfect. We fell in love as soon as we drove up. We definitely recommend this to anyone! 」

「This property is the cutest cottage - an older home that has been updated but still keeping with it's original details and charm. My 91 YO dad loved it - it was very nostalgic for him. I would have loved to stay a bit longer just to soak in the nostalgia. I would highly recommend this property, it is walking distance to several of the Mayberry sights. If I am in the area for an overnight, I will stay here again. 」

「I stayed here with my 11 year old twins. The hosts were so accommodating and even provided a twin mattress for us. They also gave us great restaurant suggestions which really helped since there really is nothing close by. Having coffee and a few snacks was also a very nice touch. Loved the screen porch and play area too. We will be back again. 」

「The deck overlooking the creek and spillway added so much enjoyment! It made for a beautiful way to start and end the day. Our kids enjoyed fishing, finding crayfish and clambering around the rocks in the creek. We all liked the modern farmhouse feel and style of the interior of the house. The beds were very comfortable and the bedroom fans were helpful as it was a hot weekend. Checkout and check-in were easy. We loved our time here! 」
