King’s Beach hideaway

This is the second year we stayed at this location. They changed the layout on the loft area but the house was still a good stay. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean and homey place to stay.

Perfect for a large group

Clean place, fast wifi and quiet neighborhood, good place to relax and spend time with family. Just no grill for outdoor bbq and the fireplace is not working but it was ok. We still enjoyed our stay.

The property is very spacious and can accommodate larger families. It is conveniently located at a quiet area but still able to easily access establishments in the downtown area and King's Beach which was the main reason we booked it. We love that the house was cleaned and nicely arranged. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with items necessary to prep meals. The only issue we had was the downstairs tub draining really slowly which can get annoying during showers. Other than that, will definitely return here!

Nice place to stay in Kings Beach

House had everything we needed. Quiet area and neighborhood, and only a 3 minute drive to the beach! Not the most modern or updated, but very comfortable and spacious! Took us to the end of the second day to get a key card for the swimming pool, but that was the only thing not perfect! Would stay again!!

Recommend nice creekside place.

Property Managment and location are great!

Our property manager, Staci, is the best manager I've worked with in my 6 years renting with Vacasa/VRBO. She was patient and available 24/7. The property is very clean, quiet, family friendly and parking is good. We'll be working with VRBO and Staci again!

Spring Break Family trip

This was a great location. This home had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. There was extra of everything, towels, blankets etc. I appreciated the stocked kitchen. The home was clean and inviting. We would definitely rebook this place,

Perfect Tahoe escape

Creekside at Kingswood is the perfect Tahoe escape sitting amongst the tall trees and along a creek. We enjoyed having coffee on the deck in the mornings or taking evening walks behind the house. It was the perfect size for our group of adults and offered many amenities out our front door. The full size kitchen allowed us to feel like home cooking every night and we loved having the luxury of King beds in two of the rooms! King’s Beach is just down the road and Sand Harbor just a short drive away for all our water adventures. Creekside at Kingswood was the perfect size, style, and location for our getaway. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very good value in North Tahoe

This house was great value for the price. One of the more reasonably priced options in the area. House was nice and clean. Well stocked kitchen. We were a little disappointed that the fireplace didn't work but other than that everything was great.

I wish you guys had dog friendly spaces. That’s my only problem.

Plenty of space and great location

This home had plenty of space for two families to spread out. Beds were comfortable and overall it worked out well. The only thing I missed was a barbecue grill. Granted I didn’t check the listing to make sure they had one. I’ve rented many several homes over the years and this is one thing they all had.

Fantastic!

We had a wonderful week stay in this home. Very clean. Comfy beds. Plenty if room and everything you need in the kitchen. Special touches like fans, TV in every room, a guard rail for the bed if needed, kid’s table and chairs. Beautiful location right by the creek. Great pool. 5mins to beach and Safeway. Nice quiet, clean, family friendly complex. We hope to book again!

Great location and comfortable living space

Two families, 3 adults and 6 kids on a skiing, snowboarding, snow play getaway. Condo has everything for a nice getaway. We were able to sleep, cook and play without stepping all over each other. Over all the property is well kept, though some minor improvements could greatly take this place to the next level. There are some really odd furniture pieces that could stand to go, i.e. old school slot machine in dinning area that took up space and didn’t work, a horrible table in the loft where the TV is placed and the cabinets could stand to be replaced. Housekeeping should ensure that cook ware is clean, as we discovered a large pan in the cabinet that was unwashed and used to cook bacon in. ((Gross)) Other than that, plenty of towels, blankets, and space for us to relax in after a long day. The BBQ was a plus!
