“We really enjoyed our stay at this place!The location is great, 5 minutes drive to the beach. Walking and biking trails start right outside the HOA complex. The property was very clean and the kitchen had all the necessary supplies for cooking family meals. Would love to stay at this place again!”

“Good location and amenities although the pool was cold and dirty. Lots of beds, good for 2 families or traveling with grandparents. The lighting needs some work - very dark downstairs. TVs don’t have cable and it was difficult to stream anything. The dining table was over scaled for the space and almost unusable. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash provided in bathrooms. Kitchen was well appointed except no ice. The property has nice large sized units - good for families, Parking is close and……

“Our family of six (plus our black Labrador) had an absolutely wonderful stay at Vista Azul. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with every amenity we could possibly need, truly making it feel like a home away from home. The views of the lake were breathtaking and made every morning and evening feel special.Communication with the hosts, Tim and Howaida, was exceptional. They were warm, responsive, and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed,……

“The host was very responsive and answered all my questions. The house was definitely older but very clean. It was able to accommodate my family for my son‘s 18th birthday so that was nice. The house was equipped with several things, but with only one frying type pan it made it difficult to cook a birthday breakfast the next morning.The only thing I would change was I felt like the checkout time was a little early at 10 AM. The check-in time was 4 PM, but we were lucky and were able to check in……

“The house had mice that were running all over the kitchen, getting into our food and defecating on the counters. Dead mouse in the garage. The bath mat in the downstairs bathroom was ingested with bugs. We had to throw away food and clean up feces daily. The property manager only said this is common for Lake Tahoe. All my years of visiting Lake Tahoe I’ve never had to deal with this. It was disgusting. ”
