“As soon as I got to the property, there was no one there. There was a list of phone numbers, but no instructions whatsoever. I called and someone came and gave me an envelope with my keys in it. We got into the room and it reeked of smoke. It took me quite a while to get used to it. At one point, I accidentally left my keys in the room. When I called to see if someone could help me get in, she told me that the master key was in the office, and she told me exactly where it was (not easily hidden……

“Beautiful beachfront location, and the kids absolutely loved it! The staff was also very friendly. Unfortunately, the property itself is extremely old and run-down. The rooms and overall property were not as clean as we expected, and some things simply cannot be fixed with cleaning due to the age and condition of the property. The balcony was especially disappointing—it was not clean and wasn’t really usable. The beachfront location, friendly staff, and fun for the kids were the highlights, but……
