Amazing place. We were treated like royalty. Spotlessly clean. Lots and lots of dishes and towels. Comfy beds and all the necessary conveniences. Thanks Alison! I highly recommend this wonderful place.

Alison was great to deal with when we had to find a place last minute to stay. The place had been recently renovated and was very tastefully furnished. A bonus for us was that she allowed pets and that the backyard is fully fenced in. The location to Kingston amenities was also a huge plus.

Everything was as expected and advertised. Place was very clean and well stocked with all the supplies needed. Beds were super comfortable. Rooms have lots of closet space with black out blinds. Allison was really quick to respond to a special request we had after we checked-in. Neighborhood was super quite and close grocery store and main roads into Kingston.

The property was nice and clean inside. The front entrance had a strong odor of garbage that was sitting there and the steps down into it were steep with no hand railings. Was cold inside and temperature was controlled from the apartment above.
