“Do not stay here. We did not receive the code to enter the apartment, even after the check-in time. After hours on the phone with VRBO, I finally got the code. “This upper unit rental was perfect for our one night stay. The kitchen, dining and living spaces were open and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also very accommodating and had everything we needed. Access is by several stairs which was okay for us. I did miss the information about there being a tenant downstairs, I usually avoid this with our dog because he barks. I do not think we had any issues and we were not disturbed at all either. The backyard is fully fenced and the lower unit……

“Great location and a really lovely 1 bedroom apartment tastefully done and with all amenities- even robes! For less than the cost of a hotel room in downtown Kingston. Our unit was newly built/renovated but with historical brick, high ceilings, full kitchen/breakfast bar, living area, bathroom with a big shower and lots of vanity space and storage. We were only there for a night for a Queens event for one of our daughters, but this unit would be completely comfortable for longer stays too.……

“We stopped just for get shower and sleep at night. The house is really old in the kitchen the roof is broken and covered with a black piece of plastic, one of the room also have a piece of the roof that seems is coming down. Bathroom was old but there was everything we need (shampoo, soap, body wash and an air dryer. We didn’t use the kitchen but there weren’t utensils. We could find the entrance because we got there at night and the sign wasn’t visible and the lady from the upstairs apartment……
