East wing, west wing! Our room was a trek from reception, felt like a different hotel! Dining room was smack in the middle so it didn’t really matter. Some renovations ongoing which may have lengthened the journey. Room was nice and spacious with a lovely bed. Great location and the Onsen was really nice, especially the outdoor section, being able to relax and see the stars

We all enjoyed the various facilities of the hotel. Especially, the family hot spring became a special time. And there were facilities for children to play, so children also had fun. There were many places around the hotel that were carefully cared for. I recommend it

There are many hotels to choose from in the Kirishima area, but I selected Pulse Kirishima because it's only about a 5-minute drive from Kirishima Jingu, making it a great base for sightseeing. I highly recommend booking a room in the Renovated Wing. We stayed in a Superior Room, and it was well worth it. The renovated wing is much closer to the lobby, restaurant, pool, and onsen, making it very convenient. The view from our room was stunning. However, if you're visiting during the summer, keep in mind that you'll likely hear noise from the pool until around 6:00 PM. This hotel is especially popular with families, including grandparents traveling with young children. The atmosphere is lively and family-friendly, but if you're looking for a quiet, peaceful retreat, you may want to consider another property. At check-in, guests can reserve private karaoke rooms and a private onsen for an additional fee, which is a nice option for families or couples. The parking lot fills up quickly, so I recommend arriving early. The check-in process began around 2:30 PM, with room keys distributed at 3:00 PM. While the process was organized, I think a welcome drink service during the wait would have made the arrival experience even better. There aren't many restaurants in the surrounding area, so I highly recommend booking the half-board plan, which includes both the dinner and breakfast buffets. It was the most convenient option and made our stay much more enjoyable.

The room was basic, but very clean and comfortable with the exception of the shower that felt a bit claustrophobic. Breakfast and dinner had wide selections of Japanese and Western dishes. We stayed during a typhoon, so we did not see much of the area and did not use the outdoor pool etc, but the resort looks like a great place to enjoy with the family. Even indoors there are plenty of things to do from foosball to karaoke. Very good experience overall.

It is totally new property, the desing and concept is very nice. Mostly local tourism for now, absolutely stunning views and the confort rooms, since they have hot springs or hot baths is very attractive spot for families, which they were a lot with small kids everywhere, so if you want quiet and piece this won't be the place I guess.

北海道フェアに行きました！朝も夜もビュッフェ大満足でした！10月で少し肌寒かったけどプールもできて子ども達も楽しかったようです。 館内には卓球、ボードゲーム、未就学児向けの遊び場もあり、ファミリー向けだと思います。また祖父母を誘っていきたいです。スタッフ対応もとても親切で良かったです！

赤ちゃん連れ、ジジババありの親類グループでの家族旅行で利用しました。 連休中だったので駐車場は混雑、入り口近くのスペースはありませんでした。 チェックイン対応したフロントスタッフは不愛想というか印象が悪く、とりあえず形だけの説明をして終わりという感じ。第一印象は良くありません。 別件で対応してくれた外国人スタッフは優しかったです。 部屋は旧棟で5分ほど歩かされます。居室自体は清潔に保たれていたのですが、夜中に虫(G？)を発見してしまいました。廊下や使われていない旧フロントは、古いニオイがして気になります。 夕食・朝食ビュッフェは時間指定制ですが、まぁまぁの混雑。刺身、寿司、揚げ物と種類は多いものの、味については可もなく不可もなくといったところ。 大浴場は遅めの時間に行ったので空いてて良かったです。ちょびっとだけ空が見える露天風呂は気持ち良かったです。 24時間の無人コンビニではお酒やお土産、常温のミネラルウォーターもあって便利でした。 ベビー含む小さい子向けのキッズスペースもあり、2回ほど利用しました。 3－10歳のこども連れだったりグループでなら再度の利用もあるかもしれませんが、自分たち家族だけの旅行ならリピートはありません。

朝食ビュッフェは種類も多く満足だった。改善点としては、最初の回は、みんな一斉に入って混雑したので、列のままお盆をとり料理に行く流れを決めたらよいと思った。料理もスタート場所を決め方向を決めたら、横入りも少なくなるかと思った。

フロントで自動チェックインの案内をしてもらいましたが、その時に夕食と朝食の予約？が先に取れる事を教えて欲しかったです。 自動チェックイン出来ますよ。だけだったので、３時からフロントでチェックインした時には既に夕食と朝食の時間帯が限られていて選択肢がなかったです。
