「This was our 3rd trip here, and even with some rainy days, as usual, it did not disappoint! Love the nostalgic rustic feel of the inside, and the seclusion of being so close to the beauty of the lake. The fireplace was a welcomed addition to any rainy evening. 「It was a cute little older home. With nice updates on the inside. They are definitly doing work to the exterior. In the description it said there was a grill. Which there was unfortunately there was so many large black trash bags you could not get to it. The first step at the side walk was broken. And the railing inaide was very loose. Although there was some minor issues we enjoyed out atay.」

「We have family in Johnson City, and this was a perfect location for us!! We loved staying in this beautiful home. The owners have done an excellent job renovating and renovating with creativity!! Every decoration in this house was chosen with care. We had everything we needed, including hand soap and filtered water! Both much appreciated. Communication was great and very responsive to any needs we had, which weren’t many. Looking forward to our next stay!!」

「I really enjoyed everything about this property. I thought it could have been cleaner. There was a lot of dust on the floors. Could have used a better vacuuming. Full disclosure, my family consists of neat freaks so take that comment with a grain of salt. Overall, great!!!」

「We were there for house hunting. Location was great for us. Everything was within a 5-10 minute drive. Home was neat and clean. Furnished fairly well for the size but there was no place for me to unpack. There were hangers in the closets but they were stuffed with extra pillows, blankets, etc. Host only communicated through the VRBO message board which made it a little difficult. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if needed.」

「We had the best stay at the Little Grey Cabin. Everything was absolutely perfect - clean, cozy, and super charming. All of the details are covered and thought of for this property. 「We immediately felt welcome and pampered in this attractive apartment. It is comfortable, quiet, and tastefully decorated, including new appliances. It has a relaxing rural ambiance with easy access to the Interstate and a short drive to Binghamton. Daryl, the host, is friendly, insightful, and helpful. We got a good night's sleep, and our little dog enjoyed running around in the yard. All in all, an unusually pleasant place to stay.」
