「I stayed here for 1 night with my family on the way back to the Gold Coast. It was chosen as I lived in this building nearly 20 years ago and I wanted to show my children where I lived before they were born. They were extremely excited - until we got into the apartment. I have stayed in many different types of accommodation over the years and none have even come close to how horrible this property was. Before we arrived, we got an email with all of the rules - for the most part they were...

「This property has an amazing view! Unfortunately there was no air conditioning, so got quite hot in the afternoon, but good breezes once the sun went down. Good communication from the host 」

「Its just OK..」

「1. The front staff is rude 2. The USB charging is not in good condition 3. No slippers」

「Excellent services , good location」

「The room was spacious, clean, and generally comfortable. The bathtub had a clearly visible crack. No complimentary bottled water. The breakfast was also disappointing. Considering the price, Basic items such as smoked salmon and pancakes required an additional charge, which was surprising and poor value for money. In addition, there was only one coffee machine available.」

「Good location」

「Our stay was short but enjoyable. The breakfast spread is generous and always a highlight.」

「Wifi speed is bad...dryer not working, but others are excellent」
