4 Bedroom Home in Gated Area on the Lake withSolar Heated Large Pool with Spa

Our 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa is where we live for 4-5 months of the year. All that we need to live in comfort is there and is left for our guest to use. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and TV and a flat screen 54' HDTV in the master room, with full TV package. The villa is fully air conditioned and it is managed by our local management company. It also comes with free 5G WiFi. Although our villa is well equipped, we spend most time around the pool. We have expanded the pool decking and it is possible to spend all day in the sun. However, just as important, we have an outdoor covered area that seats 8 in the shade, again with a ceiling fan. An ideal dinning and relaxing area.
Our pools free solar system heats the water to about the daytime temperature. So why swim in a colder pool or a small pool and still pay more.
Our pool is 28ft. x 16ft with an additional spa area, please see our photo's for the best view. The spa / hot tub is as warm as the pool, but if pool electric heating is ordered the spa will reach 94˚. Please confirm if pool heating is required when booking.
We are constantly updating our properties furniture and fittings, so don't be surprised to see changes to our photo's.
We are managed by a local company and if ever needed, help is just around the corner, their phone number is in their book. You will see that we overlook a lake, and fishing is allowed.

After many enquires we would like to confirm that there is NO SMOKING inside our home. Smoking is allowed in our Lanai and around the pool area.
We do not have our own BBQ but to ensure you have a clean and ready to be used one, they can be rented. This is a safe and healthy way to eat outside. Please ask for details.
