Stars Manor features a classic European design with a dominant yellow and white color scheme. Majestic white Roman columns stand tall, complemented by yellow marble adorned with white veining. The meticulously carved ebony doors, nestled amidst lush greenery, enhance the grandeur of the estate. In front of the manor, a three-tiered European-style fountain adds to the charm. Driving in, you are greeted by stately and elegant palm trees, lush greenery, and meticulously maintained lawns. The estate is adorned with various flowering plants such as hibiscus, cannas, bougainvillea, gardenias, peach blossoms, lavender, roses, and more. Lakes, streams, and garden sculptures create a picturesque setting. The towering trees, left to grow naturally, provide a forest-like experience. Visitors can play soccer, race, or hide and seek, enjoying their time under the blue sky.

This is a 5,500 sq ft European-style manor with 7 bedrooms, situated on 36 acres. It can accommodate up to 22 people. The living room features high-end yellow leather sofas with adjustable backs, a large dining room with a fireplace, a 58-inch TV, a business office area, a super long dining table, and a high chair for a baby. It is perfect for accommodating large groups.

*Kitchen/Appliances:
A large central island with an induction stove (4 burners, 2 griddles), two double-door refrigerators, one microwave, one dishwasher, one oven, one garbage disposal, one drip coffee maker, one juicer, one toaster, one kettle, and various kitchen utensils.

*Risk Notice:
Any damage to kitchen appliances must be compensated at cost plus labor fees.

*Office Area:

*Master Suite 1:
Features a full-function double massage bathtub and multifunctional shower, double vanity, one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, and one crib. Includes a walk-in super large closet, a 58-inch TV, and a double sink.

*Master Suite 2:
Features a full-function massage bathtub and shower, one king-size bed, a large closet, a business desk, and a TV.

*Bedroom 3:
Features a massage bathtub and shower, two double beds, a large closet, a business desk, and a TV.

*Bedrooms 4 & 5:
Share a bathroom with a massage bathtub and shower, each room has two queen-size beds and a TV. Bedroom 4 has a large closet, and Bedroom 5 has a multifunctional wardrobe.

*Bedrooms 6 & 7:
Share a shower bathroom. Bedroom 6 has one double bed and two twin beds, a TV, and a large closet, ideal for children. Bedroom 7 is a super large room with one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, a TV, and a row of built-in wardrobes.

*Laundry:
An independent laundry room with one washing machine and one dryer.

*Super Large Swimming Pool:
Equipped with one super large umbrella, four parasols, eight loungers, 16 outdoor chairs, four iron tables, and eight chairs. Water basketball, inflatable pool floats, and a shark. The scenic setting is perfect for photo-taking.

*POOL HEATER
Cost: $60 per day. Must be paid prior to check-in
Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
*$25 non-refundable service fee if a guest asks for pool heat day of arrival or throughout their stay*

*Gym/Entertainment Room:
Accessible by password lock, featuring a 58-inch TV, two air conditioners, one fan, a supreme billiard table with two billiard cues, one bridge stick, and one box of billiard balls. Please return cues to the rack after use. It also includes one exercise bike, one strength training machine, a set of five pairs of dumbbells of different weights, a dart game set, portable golf, and table hockey.

*Damage Compensation/Risk Notice:* Damage to billiard tables, cues, balls, dumbbells, exercise bikes, gym equipment, TVs, fans, and other equipment will be compensated at cost plus labor fees.

*Outdoor Activities:
Outdoor volleyball, children's American football.

*Parking:
Three fixed parking spaces with ample roadside parking. Do not park on the lawn.

*Risk Notice:
Due to fire hazards, do not block exits and entrances when parking.

*BBQ/Fees:
A one-time fee of $100 for using the outdoor BBQ grill, including a tank of gas, the second tank of gas will charge $40. Please book in advance.

*Check-in/Check-out:
*Check-in after 4 PM on the day of arrival.
* Check-out by 10 AM on the day of departure.
* Early check-in and late check-out are subject to half-day rent charges and must be arranged in advance.
* The housekeeper will arrive at 10 AM on the day of check-out. Delays will affect cleaning and the next guest's stay.

*Garbage Disposal:
Please always use bags to dispose of garbage in the bins outside the gym door. Ensure bags are sealed to prevent odors and pests. Use the yellow bin for garbage and the blue bin for recyclables.

*Important Reminder:
Take out the garbage bins to the gate by the mailbox on Saturday night. The municipal truck will collect them on Sunday morning.

*Property Maintenance:
Professionals may come to clean the pool, trim the lawn, or provide pest control and other services during your stay. They will not enter the property.

*Cameras:
For security reasons, there are cameras outside the property, around the pool, garage, and driveway. These cameras are operational 24/7.

*Property Guide and Risk Notice:
* Keep all doors closed while the air conditioner is running to ensure a cool indoor environment.
* No lifeguard on duty at the pool and hot tub. Swim at your own risk. Warning signs are posted around the pool area.
* There are snakes and other wildlife in the natural woods. Do not enter the woods; assume risk if you do.
* Do not capture or harm the cranes and other birds outside the property.
* Four small locked storage rooms are off-limits.
* Keep quiet after 10 PM.

*Prohibited Actions:
* No smoking or vaping, including marijuana. A $500 daily fine will be charged for any signs of smoking.

FOR PRIVATE EVENTS:

1.The Event Fee is for the use of the entire property for the event. It is for the use of the facilities, utilities and grounds. This fee is non-refundable and based on the number of guests.
2.You would be responsible for purchasing event Insurance and all outside vendors/staff would be required to send us their Certificate of Liability Insurance for the day of the event prior to the event date. The website for the event insurance will be provided.
3.Refundable Event Security Deposit：
$1,000.00 payable at the time of booking. This will be refunded within 7 days after departure of the property unless any damage reported.
4.Non-Refundable Event Fees:
$1600 for up to 50 people; for more than 50 people, please contact us.
5. A minimum stay of 2 nights are required in the property, which will be rented separately and paid at the price shown on the platform at the time of booking.
Payment of event fee and deposit is due within 5 hours after booking the property.

Bring your fur kids along for an exciting vacation. They can play on the spacious lawn and deck.
Parents are requested to keep an eye on their fur kids and clean up their own pet waste and feces. Any damage to the furniture will be compensated at the price.

*Useful Information:
* One roll of paper towels is provided in the kitchen.
* Each bathroom is supplied with one roll of toilet paper and a small soap bar.
* Florida’s tropical environment may attract various animals and insects. Maintain cleanliness to avoid attracting ants and other pests. Seal food properly and dispose of garbage regularly.
* This is not a new house; maintenance issues may arise. We will address them promptly, but please do not expect perfection.
