On arrival the shower arm was broken , Tv didn't work at all for the whole 15 days we spent there, we literally watched Tv on our phone..2kids no tv and they were so miserable. The check in information in the email was incomplete. Did not show which unit I should go to. Lucky that email response from the hotel was pretty quick, and the missing information was received. Parking fee shown on the hotels.com page is not correct. It cost 155 per day instead of 30 as shown.
