"I’m excited to be back to Shibuya and stay in the same hotel after 10 years- but I was a little disappointed. The location of it stays perfect, while all the equipment in the house seems old and not well maintained, especially the air conditioning was way too windy and not warm enough, the toilet smells a bit, the overall cleanliness was not up to standard..
The staff and location deserve a 5 stars, and I truly hope a renovation will be done soon so that the hardware could match the software advantage."
