This house is a duplex. Guests have access to the entire upper unit. The basement unit is rented separately. Each unit is completely separate and private from one another, including private entrances.

• Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house .
• Please remove your shoes.
• Damage deposit of $500.
• No pets.
• No parties or gatherings of any kind.
• Quiet hours 10pm–7am. Noise complaints are taken seriously — be considerate of neighbours.
• No smoking of any kind indoors. A fine of up to $500 will be charged if smoke is detected to cover professional remediation.

• No open flames — candles and incense are not permitted.
• One parking spot included. Do not park in additional spots without authorisation.
• No shoes indoors.
• Check-out: please wash dishes or run the dishwasher if available, bag and dispose rubbish, return any moved furniture to its original position and leave the space as you found it.
