The Best Place

As owner's of rental properties in OBX for several decades, my husband and I are very critical of the places we stay in. We thought The Only Place was spot on perfect! We cooked meals and had all the tools we needed. Sleeping accommodations were great- teens upstairs with their own space and us downstairs with ours. We all had showers when we wanted them due to four bathrooms. The layout of the house made perfect sense! And it was clean and beautifully decorated and updated. (Better than the photos!) Beach location was ideal. We saw dolphins everyday, a whale, surfers, and stepped out onto the sand with ease. Easily the best beach property we have stayed in yet!

First family beach trip to NC

The Only Place is a lovely property with access to the beach right out your back door. This was our first visit and the experience was wonderful. Thank you for making our first beach visit with the kids so nice.
