Access to Ocean makes this property

Poncho’s Villa is not in the glamorous category as its neighbors. It’s a homey no frills cottage. We had to bring in everything from hand and dish soap to replacement toilet paper for the half ply that was provided. But really, who cares about the interior when you get the beautiful beach just a few feet away from the deck. The house has quick access to Duck and Kitty Hawk. Note that we did find the water unpalatable and so brought in big containers of spring water to drink and use for cooking. We were satisfied with the lodgings and had a great time on our vacation.

Location was perfect.

Place was well equipped, clean, and the deck/walkway to the beach was wonderful. We had 2 children under 2 with us. It made it very easy to go back and forth to the beach for naps and feedings.
