Fantastic exclusive apartment in the center of St johann in tirol

Central in the heart of St. Johann in Tirol, the Exclusive Apartment Hofer offers a bright apartment with 3 balconies and mountain views right in the center.

The apartment is fully equipped from the coffee machine, kettle, complete dishes, bed linen, hand and shower towels to toilet paper.

Opposite is a bakery with a cafe that is already open at 6:00 a.m. and a fast food.

Bars and restaurants can be reached in 100 meters. The pedestrian zone is only 50 meters away. The Wilder Kaiser Ski Area is a 2-minute drive away. You can reach a supermarket within a minute's walk. The local train station is 300 meters away. The free ski bus stops right at the apartment. The cross-country trails are 150 meters away. After 10 km you will reach the Schwarzsee.

The Hofer Exklusiv apartment includes a kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining area, a living room with a large sofa bed and cable TV with stereo and DVD player, and a bathroom with a hydromassage shower, bidet, urinal, a bathtub and a towel warmer. A fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere.

The Hofer self-catering apartment is located in a house with a hairdresser. You can park your vehicle free of charge in your own private car park.

Top Ferienwohnung

Unser Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung Roland Hofer in St. Johann war perfekt. Top eingerichtet, sehr großzügig, super sauber und alles da um sich wohl zu fühlen. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Auch die zentrale Lage war sehr gut, direkt an der Fußgängerzone.Drumherum waren mehrere Lokale in denen man gut essen konnte. Der Schwimmbadeintritt war gratis in der Gästekarte enthalten. Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Lovely town of St. Johann near Kitzbuehel

Lovely place with enough space right next to the bakery for your morning breakfast. We used the water park to swim/ use the jacuzzi and water slides. Our kids loved it. We drove to Kitzbühel for about 20 minutes each day to ski. The apartment is well equipped and organized. Just bring a couple of changes of clothes as there is no washer (we did not use the laundry service) and also be patient as there is just one toilet. The bathroom is very nice and large with both a tub and a shower. Roland is very friendly and accommodating!

Es war alles top. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist der morgentliche Kundenstrom an der Bäckerei direkt gegenüber. Da hört man bei geöffnetem Schlafzimmerfenster das ständige An-und Abfahren der Autos.

Absolutely Fantastic!

Our family absolutely loved this rental! Fantastic location, super clean and very well appointed apartment. The host, Roland and his mother, are both such wonderfully generous people. Roland gave us a fantastic overview of the property and town when we arrived and Rolands’ mother went Above and Beyond to make us feel welcome. I highly recommend this property!! 5 stars ++

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage!

Der Empfang durch den Vermieter war sehr, sehr freundlich und nett. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Betten waren top zum Schlafen (Matratzen sehr gut)! Bad ist sehr groß und schön. Die Lage ist sehr zentral in St. Johann (zu Fuß, mit dem Auto oder mit der Bahn)! Großer Pluspunkt: Die St. Johann Karte (z. B. 3 Stunden freien Eintritt in das Panoramabad und das jeden Aufenthaltstag!!). Das einzige kleine Manko ist das etwas instabile W- LAN! Zusammenfassend: Sehr zu empfehlen!!
