This was a fabulous house, very well kitted out, comfortable beds, super & plentiful shower rooms, great kitchen & a lovely garden. To have ones own well water was a real treat & the owners were delightful & very easy to communicate with. The road noise was a bit intrusive particularly at night and the road was incredibly busy but apart from that the location is good. Perhaps having more comfortable furniture in the sitting room would have been nice, it is not a very cosy space. However these are minor criticisms & we absolutely loved our stay at the Ferienhaus. Thanks Barbara & Gerold!

Wir waren 18 Personen (10 Erwachsene/8 Kinder). Das Haus war perfekt und super aufgeteilt für groß und klein. Die Bäder waren ein Traum und alle hatten genug Platz. Schade, dass von dem Wäschepaket und den Stromkosten nichts in der „Anzeige“ stand. Trotzdem würden wir es wieder buchen. Die Kommunikation war super angenehm und freundlich. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

What a great place and greater host!
Wir waren 11 Personen aus drei verschiedenen Familien unterschiedlichen Alters, daher war es nicht einfach, die richtige Unterkunft zu finden, aber dieses Haus war perfekt. Es gab jede Menge Zimmer und Betten für alle (mit etwas Platz) sowie eine große Anzahl an Badezimmern und Duschen. Auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet und es gab genügend Geschirr für alle. Die Lage ist sehr zentral mit zahlreichen Lebensmittelgeschäften, Restaurants und Aktivitäten in der Nähe. Aber das Beste von allem war unsere Gastgeberin Barbara. Als Amerikaner, die mit vielen Leuten zu Besuch waren, brauchten wir etwas zusätzliche Hilfe und Barbara war SUPER freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wir würden bei unserem nächsten Österreich-Urlaub auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten. We had 11 people from 3 different families of all different ages so finding the right place wasn't easy, but this house was perfect. There was plenty of rooms and beds for everyone (with room to spare) as well as a large number of bathrooms and showers. The kitchen was also well stocked with enough dishes for everyone. The location is very central with plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and activities nearby. But the best feature of all was our host Barbara. As Americans visiting with a lot of people, we needed a little extra help and Barbara was SUPER friendly and always willing to help. We would absolutely stay there again for our next Austrian getaway.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit Blick auf den Walchsee. Egal, ob mit Freunden oder Familie und Kindern - jeder findet hier seinen Spaß. (wir waren 12 Erwachsene) Sehr modernes Haus. Die Küche ist sensationell ausgestattet. Die Badezimmer und Betten waren ein Traum. Im Garten hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Walchsee. Ein Smoker und Kugelgrill sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Highlight war ein Brunnen im Garten mit frischen Quellwasser. Außerdem gibt es genügend Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Der nächste große Supermarkt ist zwei Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Abwicklung mit der Gastgeberin war super einfach und sehr angenehm. Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus jedem weiter empfehlen.

Ein schönes Wochenende mit Freunden
Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Das Haus hat alles was es braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, traumhafte Natur und Einkehrmöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe oder in angenehmer Wanderentferung. Wetter war auch besser als vorhergesagt. Danke vielmals.
