" Der Zustand des Ferienhauses war für uns nicht akzeptabel. Wir hatten den Eindruck dass der Eigentümer das Haus gerade verlassen hat und gleich wieder kommt. Alle Räume waren verschmutzt und sämtliche Schränke waren vollgestopft mit Wäsche und anderen Dingen des täglichen Lebens. Wir hätten die ganze Zeit quasi aus dem Koffer leben müssen. Selbst im Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank waren noch Lebensmittel.  Nach Reklamation wurde als Entschädigung eine Übernachtung im Hotel zugesagt und das...
