「Starting with the staff, what a wonderful person checking us in. She was smart, friendly, and remembered us from our last visit. Check in was fast, and we where given a wifi password. She explained the new breakfast time and service. They make everything to order now. The room was as always, clean and the heater was turned on so the room was cozy. As an early riser, the loby had fresh hot coffee and tea available. The friendly staff member offered an early breakfast if i wanted it now. Great...

「It is a nice remodeled hotel, staff are very nice and willing to help anything. the only thing is the AC system is not functioning well, and the location is little off far.」

「As always, my stay was fantastic! The staff at this hotel are tops, imo. Keep in mind, fellow travelers, this is a fully restored historic hotel and the water in the showers and/or sinks may at times run very hot or very cold but it certainly doesn’t detract from the charm. Take staff advice for dining and activity suggestions. Try doing something or going somewhere new. Enjoy your stay, enjoy the town - both are delightful!」

Which was fine. Then they called me back and said she got the manager to allow me to remain in my same room, for better convenience. That made me smile and made my day!!! 「Front desk staff was friendly and quickly got me checked in, I really appreciated have a luggage rolling rack to load my stuff on to get it to the room. Room was comfortably heated and very nice appearance. Like the abundance of good reading lights on desk and bed stands. I'd come again.」
