This holiday home (non-smoking!) for four people, spread over two floors, is located in the second row of houses in the owner's garden (approx. 1000 sq m). The beach and marina in Klink are about 250 meters away.

The ground floor features a living room with attractive furnishings, satellite TV and radio, a CD/DVD player, free Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, a shower, and a toilet. Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms. Two parking spaces and a large lawn are also available on the property. Bed linen, towels, electricity, water, and heating are included. A cot and highchair are available for small children upon request.

The terrace, furnished with garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue, is perfect for al fresco breakfasts or evening barbecues.
