「From the moment we walked in, we felt the charm of this place. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and helped us throughout our stay, which made a lovely first impression. The room looked exactly like the photos, and everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was just as expected, with a great variety of fresh cold cuts, eggs, vegetables, fruit, and fresh pastries. There was something for everyone, and everything looked fresh. If we’re ever in the area again, we will...

「2 night stay here was as smooth as we could have hoped for. We checked in very late after hours - 02:00 - and staff kindly left our keys in a secure lock box for self check in, all helpfully sorted via a simple email beforehand. They also sorted us a parking space directly in front of the property (additional parking is available behind the hotel too). Rooms were fresh, well equipped and bathroom looked newly renovated. All very comfortable and high quality - better quality than the 3 hotels in...

「The room smelled entirely of mold and dampness. In fact, there were mold stains everywhere, and the walls hadn’t even been whitewashed. There were insect remains all over the place. There were no mosquito nets, so the room was full of mosquitoes. Although there was an AC unit, they demanded extra money just to use it—I have never seen such a ridiculous thing in my life. To make matters worse, the bed literally smelled like urine, and the sheets were incredibly thin and torn to shreds. I...
