「Great apartment for the money……!a little drive from Peoria but you have everything you need in this area. 」

「This place was perfect for an individual or couple looking for a peaceful, inexpensive getaway. Matt, the manager, was wonderful: check-in was very simple, he always responded quickly, and took care of what was needed. The place was perfect: super soft sheets and comforter, plenty of coffee, a balcony to sit out on in nice weather, a little kitchen to cook in, and complimentary laundry room and laundry soap.I would definitely recommend this place.」

「Nice, quiet location. Good communication from host」

「The apartment itself was nice, however the building had a musty smell, the neighbors were loud and talked until late in the night. I believe the bedroom shared a wall with the adjoining unit due to how loud they sounded. The location of the listing is not a place where I would venture out at night」

「I had hard time locking the door」

「Parking right outside made everything easier which gave more time exploring local sites before heading out each day.」

「It was very clean and had a homey feel」

「Dirty. Smelly. Furniture in tatters. Broken doors. No hand towels or washcloths provided.」

「Air conditioning worked well on a hot day.」
