「Beautiful, unique place to stay. Host was helpful and responsive. Great place to stay!」

「The location in downtown Camden is ideal. Enjoyed meals/coffee/ice cream at several local establishments that were within walking distance. The home itself is beautifully decorated and very comfortable.」

「This is a beautiful rental in a charming older home. Overall we enjoyed our stay. While there isn't much to do in Friendship especially during the off season, there are multiple nearby towns a short drive from the rental. We recognize that this rental is newer and hope our feedback will result in improvements for future renters: -improved communication from host about check in/out procedures, wifi, lack of central heating and air -initally the space seemed clean but we soon found dirty...

「Excellent host and apartment would highly recommend and appreciate the attention to detail and assistance they showed us」

「The property was well appointed and located. Parking very much appreciated and right next to all the shops. Great having access to W/D too. Window unit in bedroom is the air conditioning so not throughout the apartment. Window fans were available and needed the day we arrived as it was very hot and the windows face west.」

「Modern loft apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Location is ideal for walking to Camden shops and restaurants. Lanita was very attentive to our needs. Highly recommend to other visitors.」

「Beautiful loft, like a picture in County Living. The wife and I enjoy our stay as anything you needed was at hand. Jo was a great host and we absolutely recommend staying there.」

「The apartment was excellent. The parking not so good. Had to walk up and down a steep street to bring in our luggage.」

「The property itself was clean, updated and had every amenity we could have asked for. The designated parking in the back of the building became a process as we could not park there when we arrived because of signage and construction. This was rectified by Ashley」

「Great property and great host. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Great views from the deck and bedroom. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again next time we’re in Rockport/Rockland」

「Things we loved: Spacious, clean, homey with the books, knick knacks, and pictures. Well appointed kitchen and bathroom. Hot water with good water pressure. Fan in the bedroom and A/C works great. My wife loved the kitchen knives on the counter. Important things we reported: Please ask the tenant upstairs to try to step a little lighter when they are above the bedroom. The mattress bows in the middle lengthwise. Other than those 2 things, awesome place to stay. If you didn't already notice, big...

「It was a great clean place. Would love to go back」

「We picked this private suite because it was not too far from Camden. We enjoyed how quiet it was. There is plenty of room. The living room is big, the bedroom has a very comfortable bed. The shower is big and relaxing. We used the washer and drier as we had been on the road for several days. If guests wanted to cook, there is an electric stove, a microwave, a big refrigerator in the small kitchen + a grill outside on the patio. There is a diner 3 miles down the road. It serves breakfast, lunch...

「Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here for 3 months while on a travel nurse assignment. Great property, in a great location! I could walk into town for just about anything I needed.」

「Superb experience…Beautiful location. Hosts were lovely and accommodating (including their intrepid, though sweet West Highland White terrier). Plenty of room and updated appliances. Great walking trail. Great selection of restaurants close by. Would love to return someday!」

「This apartment is in a beautiful setting with full view of the water, lovely beds of flowers and raspberry vines, and well-manicured grassy areas meandering through the property. The apartment is roomy and attractive. Nice kitchen. I would suggest that it's not for anyone with vision or balance problems, as the bathroom is very tricky (2 steps up to the toilet, another step up to the shower, all in tile) and there was an unused TV mount that sticks out of the wall in the small bedroom that is...

「We were in the area for a wedding and really enjoyed our stay at the property! Our party of six had four cars, and we were concerned about parking, but there was a large lot to the side of the house that easily accommodated our cars. The property was very clean had everything we needed! The two bathrooms were very nice and seemed recently updated. We all forgot shampoo and conditioner, so appreciated that each bathroom was stocked with those. The two different level bedrooms and bathrooms makes...
