Advent Koenigstein

Wir haben einen Familienausflug (9 Personen) zur Festung Königstein gemacht. Von der Unterkunft aus sind es nur ca. 300m bis zur Bushaltestelle, die einen zur Vorderseite der Festung bringt. Der hier befindliche Weihnachtsmarkt war sehr schön, die Zeit, die man hier verbracht hat, war angenehm. Die gemietete Wohnung ist groß, sauber, ausreichend ausgestattet. Letzter Tipp: Eintrittskarten für die Festung müssen im Voraus online gekauft werden! Parken, nicht vor dem Haus, sondern ein paar Meter entfernt auf einem kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz. Wir empfehlen, die große Konditorei auf dem Platz, in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs zu besuchen.

Dubios. Dreckig. Dreist. Finger weg!

Vermieterseits wurde auf eine persönliche Schlüsselübergabe bestanden und bis 30 Minuten vor Ankunft mehrfach ebenso kommuniziert. Empfangen wurden wir nicht, stattdessen telefonisch durch einen Hintereingang und muffigen Keller in das baufällige Objekt gelotst. Die Wohnungstür war offen und ließ sich auch nicht abschließen. Auf erste Beanstandungen am Telefon wurden nicht eingegangen. Neben einer einfach, aber gut ausgestatteten Küche fanden wir viel Dreck diverser Vorgänger auf Böden, Stühlen, Sofas, Tischen, in Schränken, auf Betten und der Toilette. Die Fenster waren gefühlt seit mindestens einem Jahr nicht mehr geputzt und entsprechend undurchsichtig. Dies war dahingehend gut, als dass der (Vogel-)Dreck die fehlenden Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten in Form von Jalousien oder Vorhängen ersetzte. Die Vermieter sind seit der Schlüsselübergabe nicht mehr erreichbar. So auch als die Heizung bei etwa 10 Grad Außentemperatur ausfiel und damit auch das warme Wasser. Bis heute, zwei Wochen später, wurde weder zurückgerufen noch auf unsere E-Mail reagiert. Wer auf der Suche nach einem gelungenen Aufenthalt in Königstein und der Sächsischen Schweiz ist und einen professionellen Vermieter wünscht, dem das Wohl der Gäste wichtig ist, möge dieses Objekt von Lilien Immobilien nicht mieten. Der Preis (60€ p.P.) ist für den Zustand des Mietobjektes nicht gerechtfertigt. Unser Fazit: Finger weg von Lilien Immobilien.
