Completely renovated and beautiful interior end to end. Beautiful views from the hotel, both to be enjoyed from the lobby, terrace, restaurant, bar and pool area. Food was great and the ambiance very cool. Only note is that this is not your typical “chill-spa-quiet-time” retreat, there is lounge music and the vibe is more upbeat. We loved it !

The overall food experience is not great. The egg Benedict was cold The egg avocado was cold. The broccoli for dinner was sauer The juice variation was really good and tasty.

The hotel is brand new. Excellent clean rooms with new beds. The staff were amazing at every turn. The breakfast was really well done with so many fresh options. Would highly recommend staying here.

Very nice resort to relax (if you can). Close to the water, good facilities, good food and personal. The only minus is the music going on until midnight and being a bit loud overall in the dinning area.

Very nice and new place, but for that price you should not have to pay extra to use the pools - it is not a spa, just pools - and crazy to have to pay extra for a proper cop of coffee at breakfast - they are trying to be more up-market than they should be... . And the pillows are thick and uncomfortable - so bring your own...

The hotel is lovely, but there is still a far way to go before the overall experience matches the professionalism and hospitality levels you would expect from a hotel branding itself as luxury and among the finest. I will direct most of my feedback directly to the hotel, which seems most fair given the recently newly opened status, but for the purpose of this review I will just say that the quality of food is not at the level you would expect from the price tag. Breakfast is great, but lunch and dinner options are very overpriced and not impressive in any way.

Vi havde desværre en mindre god oplevelse. Måske var forventningerne for høje til resortet. Da vi checker ind på værelset, lugter der indelukket og der står noget personale derinde som tjekker det sidste. Sengen er meget blød og man falder nærmest sammen i den. Vi bestiller en frugtsalat og edamamebønner i spaområdet og her er hindbærrene rådne og helt sorte (dette siger vi videre til tjeneren) og edamame er alt for overkogte. Danskvand i spaområdet har en blid og mærkelig smag. Der var mange af de helt små ting, som ikke rigtig spillede og som man måske forventet skal spille til et spaophold til den pris man betaler.

Dårlig service ikke styr på noget som helst. Ankom sent - kl. ca. 19:45. Blev spurgt om vi ønskede at booke til næste dag i spa. Og ja tak det ville vi gerne fra kl. 14 - 18 og spise kl. 20. Næste dag da vi ankom til spa afdelingen (som KUN er 3 badebassiner og ikke andet), som man skal betale 495,- kr. pr person oveni i overnatningsprisen for at benytte. Meget dyrt ift. hvor meget der er at benytte og heller ingen ledige liggestole, selvom man havde booket og betalt. Men - det viste sig at vi var blevet booket ind til ankomstdagen fra kl. 14 -18, hvordan det så end kan lade sig gøre når vi først ankommer efter kl. 18???? Nu skulle vi så selv går tilbage til receptionen og får dette ændret før vi kunne gå ind i afdelingen og få udleveret badekåber mv. - yderst dårlig service, når fejlen ligger hos personalet. På ankomst dagen bestilte vi et bord for at få lidt at spise. Bestilte drikkevarer og fik også en kande vand. Men efter 35 min. havde vi stadig ikke fået vores vin og det havde heller ikke været muligt at få kontakt til nogle af de tjenere der hele tiden gik frem og tilbage forbi vores bord. Efter endelig at få kontakt vi vi vores vin - 45 min. var nu gået. Vi tænkte vi hellere måtte følge op på vores bordreservering til kl. 20. Fik at vide at vi havde booket bord til frokost, hvilket vi ikke havde og så skete der ikke yderligere. Da vi ankom til restauranten lidt i kl. 20, ville vi så lige endnu en gang sikre os bookingen kl. 20, men nej den var heller lavet.

Personalet var hjelpsomme, men fikk ikke rommet vi var forespeilet. Dette ble dog kompensert! Meget bra. Var også noe med maten, som ellers smakte godt, men endte i en retur. Dette ble også kompensert på en imponerende måte. All in all meget bra, men ikke perfekt.

Mørkt hotel med hensyn til belysning. Manglende udsugning og tørring af håndklæder i baderum. Svært at styre diverse el kontakter. Fik rum 208 som ikke havde privat balkon. Rum 206;208 og 210 ligger med et så lille udsyn til vandet at det må kaldes hav kik ved ophold udenfor rummet. At alle rygere så opholder sig ulovligt her på vores stole for at ryge og drikke gøre dette ophold til meget negativt- fik tilbudt nyt værelse efter klage men orkede ikke at flytte kl. 21 om aftenen. Mange mennesker i varm pool så forvent trængsel. Der er hygge områder men generelt en kedelig beliggenhed trods kort afstand til fin badestrand. Morgenmad fin. At det skulle være et røgfrit hotel må desværre siges at være en meget negativ oplevelse med den manglende kontrol på stedet. Må desværre sige at stedet ikke levede op til vores forventninger

När vi bokade hotellet valde vi ett hotell med tillgång till pool, men blev besvikna över att det kostade 1500sek för att komma in dit. Dubbelrummet kostade 3000sek/ natt, trodde då att tillgång till pool ingick i priset. Fantastiskt fint och påkostat hotell, så vacker inredning. Vi åt mat första kvällen men vi fick vänta otroligt länge, efter 1,5 h hade vi bara ätit förrätt… De behöver jobba med personalen och servicen, men kan bli fantastiskt om det jobbet görs.

Virkelig fint hotel med fantastisk beliggenhed. God morgenmad. Prisen for et dobbeltværelse med havudsigt kan diskuteres i f.t. value for money - set i lyset af at brug af pool-område til 495 kr./person for 4-5 timer og 195kr./person for saunagus er ekstra betaling.
