「The bed is comfortable, and the swimming pool is sufficient. The view from the room is also beautiful, but it comes at a price. If you don’t want to walk back to your room, you have to take the hotel’s golf cart. If the service quality is also poor, it feels even less worthwhile. If you’re looking to stay closer to the beach, this hotel is not recommended. The room rates are not cheap, and the service is not up to standard.」

「痛苦的经历，那天通过酒店包船去了南园岛，结果回来房间被打扫了，发现钱包钱少了3100，原本一共是4000人民币，只剩下了900，和酒店联系调监控，看谁进了我房间，结果说让我打电话给领事馆，报警，才给调监控。为了自己酒店声誉，包庇自己员工偷窃，太恶心了，这样的酒店」

「My wife and I stayed the night here for our first night on ko Tao before our diving school began. We had a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful as well maintained as the properties were. I expected a way higher amount of money. They were incredible and I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to stay with an awesome breakfast, buffet and comfortable rooms and great customer service」

「Koh Tao Heritage is my preferred hotel to stay at. Main reasons are; daily room cleaning, quiet location, rooms do not have TVs (so don't get noise) from other rooms, location is an easy walk to Sairee Beach or Mae Haad Pier for the ferry, As always Nancy, Nok and other staff are welcoming.」

The location is excellent, and our beachfront sea-view room was spacious with a beautiful, clear view of the ocean. Being so close to the beach was definitely one of the highlights. However, the resort and especially the rooms are quite dated and really need renovation. The condition of our room felt...
