"I loved your Hotel and location. No airport shuttle, I did message your hotel but no one replied to my messages. I picked up a taxi but it was very expensive. Recommend that you monitor your message board. Out of the 4 hotels I booked on the South Island yours was the only one that didn't reply back. As a solo traveler that was important for me. "

"The only thing I didn't like about this room was the bathroom window opened onto the walkway, this would have been OK at the far end, but as my room was right by the elevator it was a bit noisy at times. Other than that, the room was great, outstanding at the price point. "

After one night, me and my friend woke up with itchy bites and red bumps all over my body. This is a major health and safety concern. ​No On-site Staff: The front desk was completely unmanned. The service bell is useless as no one responds to it. ​Frustrating Check-in: You are forced to call a "remote" phone number provided on-site just to get your room key. It’s an unnecessarily complicated and cold process. ​Final Verdict: The convenience of the location does not justify the lack of basic hygiene and service."
