It is one of the key reasons I stay at this property I also revisited the Our Land bar/ restaurant & was very pleased with the attentive service & staff after prior below par experiences."

"The room itself was ok but some patches on the walls were damaged and not repaired. But the checking in was horrible! I had to ring this number, then I got someone on the phone that demanded I tell her my credit card number or I wouldn’t be getting access to a locked box which has my key in it. There were other people in the room yet I still had to give them my number. I explained that the payment had already been done but she said she needed my number to verify or guarantee the payment. It was very hard to do and I told someone else to get out of the room so they couldn’t hear me hear my numbers . Very frustrating!!! I will never go back there again even though it was ok room. But I could have been overheard !!"
