Renovated in 2019. Apartment 50m from the sea with 3 bedrooms. Walking distance to the shopping center and restaurants. Pets allowed, Wifi and digital TV available. Layout Hall, living room with side sea view, fully renovated open kitchen, bathroom with bath, toilet, 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a bedroom with bunk beds and a pull-out bed.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

+ super Lage, 100 m vom Strand + sehr gut ausgestattete Küche + großer Tische + angenehme Sessel - gewöhnungsbedürftige Doppelbetten; eher Queen Size als King Size, mit einer durchgehenden Matratze ca. 140 x 200 und einer ebenso durchgehenden gemeinsamen Bettedecke - Türklinke der Tür zum Wohnzimmer geht dauernd ab - zu wenig Schränke in den Schlafzimmern - der richtige WLAN-Zugangscode steht nicht, wie angekündigt, in dem blauen Gästebuch, sondern (von uns lange nicht gefunden) auf dem TV-Gerät
