Location: 150 meters from the sea and close to the shops.Living room sunny side. Third floor.Cared for, comfortable apartment for 6 people. Area: 90 m².
Spacious, pleasant living room with beautiful views of Koksijde and consisting of a sitting room with a two-seater sofa, a 3-seater sofa, stools, table, furniture, TV flatscreen 107 cm (Télénet 70 channels) with access to the Internet, wi-fi, radio/cd and a dining room with furniture, table, 6 chairs, armchair (relax), the whole decorated with taste.
Open equipped kitchen equipped with dishwasher, double sink, oven, fridge, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, dishes and utensils.
3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a room with bunk beds, all rooms contain a wardrobe, blankets and pillows.
Bathroom with washbasin and bathtub with curtain, mixer tap shower/bath.

Très belle situation et accueil charmant. Appartement fonctionnel et correspondant bien au descriptif. Seul petit bémol, l'appartement pourrait être aéré plus souvent. Il y avait une odeur de renfermé lorsque nous sommes arrivé.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung war hell und sauber, 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Wir hätten uns lediglich ein wenig mehr "Kinderfreundlichkeit" gewünscht, ein Babybett oder Hochstuhl z.B. Die Übergabe des Schlüssels war ein wenig interessant, da die Nachbarin, die dies netterweise übernimmt, nur französisch sprach. Aber die Vermieter waren jederzeit via Nachricht oder Anruf zu erreichen.

Alles gut nur die Inventur ohne Bilder der Gegenstände hat etwas Zeit in Anspruch genommen weil die aufgelisteten Dinge nicht da waren wo sie sein sollten, vielleicht gibt es da in Zukunft eine angenehmere Möglichkeit.und eine aktuelle Liste. Wohnung gross hell viel Ausstattung, Haus hellhörig, aber alles handelbar .

Appartement bien situé, proche des dunes, de la plage et du tram de la côte. Le séjour est très agréable, lumineux et la cuisine est équipée de suffisamment de vaisselle et ustensiles pour confectionner les repas. Le parking est un plus, il est très difficile de trouver de la place pour se garer même en payant ! Les contacts avec les propriétaires étaient très efficaces, ils sont très disponibles avant, pendant et après le séjour. Nous recommandons cette location.

Die Vermietung erfolgt direkt vom Eigentümer, ebenso die Übergabe. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage an der Hauptstraße ist bisweilen etwas laut, aber noch erträglich. Der Strand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Breite Strände, weitläufige Dünen und zumindest jetzt nur wenige Besucher. Geschäfte und gute Restaurants sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben hier schöne Tage verbracht, die Wohnung und den Ort können wir empfehlen.

Die Wohnung liegt in 3. Reihe zum Strand und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden - Evtl. Wäre ein Haartrockner noch nett. Sonst ist wirklich alles da. Die Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind um die Ecke und die Vermieter sehr nett. Sehr zu empfehlen.

In der Ferienswohnung gibt es einfach alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, die Zimmer sehr gemütlich & wohnlich eingerichtet, technische Aussattung ist perfekt, das Bad top modern. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Also rundherum ein gelungener Urlaub!
