Pili Mai 7M: Delightful Poipu Condo w/ Shared Pool & Spa, Near Beaches & More

This single-story, ground-floor condo opens to the scenic Kiahuna Golf Course, with ocean views beyond. Its newly constructed floor plan features central air conditioning and three spacious bedrooms, each with a television and its own full bath. Pili Mai 7M has an excellent location close to the community pool, hot tub, and fitness facilities, and allows guests to quickly access world-class beaches, golf, dining, shopping, spas, activities, and adventures.

The condo's well-appointed kitchen with elegant finishes and high-quality appliances flows into a dining area for six, which in turn extends to a living space with a sumptuous sofa, large television, and tranquil golf course view. Its two primary bedrooms boast king-size beds, while the third bedroom comes conveniently furnished with two twin beds. Stylish décor and amenities such as high-speed wireless internet and a washer and dryer create a peaceful and comfortable setting where guests can truly unwind.

Open the sliding glass doors from the living space at Pili Mai 7M to find a covered lanai with inviting seating, just steps from the golf course. Watch the golfers as you sip your morning coffee, or enjoy an evening cocktail in lovely island surroundings. Guests also have access to the community pool, hot tub, and barbecue grills, surrounded by majestic mountain views, as well as the fully equipped fitness center.

Situated on Kauai's south side just minutes from Poipu Beach Park and the Shops at Kukuiula, this luxury Poipu condo provides quick access to upscale restaurants and shopping, along with art galleries and a gourmet farmers' market. Shipwreck Beach and attractions such as the Spouting Horn blowhole are also nearby, as well as additional shops and dining in quaint Old Koloa Town. Less than 30 minutes from the Lihue Airport, the condo is also centrally located between the lush north shore and the spectacular west side of Kauai, where guests can explore local wonders such as the Na Pali Coast and Waimea Canyon.

Beautiful Property

Pili Mai is a new development. The property is very nice and well maintained with a gym, pool, and hot tub. The condo itself was very clean and well appointed. It is also and end unit which was a plus. Perfect location in Kauai and very close to everything. The host reached out ahead of our arrival asking if we wanted the two twin beds in one of the bedrooms converted to a King bed (which we did). That was very nice. They also had some beach chairs and umbrella that came in handy. Would definitely stay again.

Even Better Than You Think

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s gorgeous! It’s a perfect mix - accessorized like a resort, feels like a home. As a mom of 4, I can confirm this is a PERFECT home for families and adult groups. The owners were amazing in working with me while I experienced travel trouble and kept great communication.

We stayed with our 3 adult children. We had a wonderful stay. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. We appreciated having a room with twin beds for our sons but they were not the most comfortable for adults. The other beds were great. Loved the master bedroom and bath!

Great family getaway!

This was a perfect place for families. We absolutely loved the location. It was super close to Poipu Beach and was very easy to get to for a beach day with kids. Loved being close to the pool and having a grass area for the kids to play around was amazing! We would stay here again for sure!!

Great family vacation

We loved staying at Pili Mai in unit 7m! It was perfect for our family of 6. The bedroom set up is very spacious, and everyone gets their own space. Another plus is that it is very close to the pool. We would definitely come back!

We are a family of 4 that had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at this centrally located ground-floor property at Pili Mai (7M). The property is purpose-built with all modern conveniences in a great location offering privacy, a island’s magical backdrop and within walking distances to shops, restaurants, beaches and golf. Parking easy and convenient also. Our host even left us a welcome kit! Nice touch. There are several fetal chickens roaming throughout the neighborhood aggressively looking for food, so please don’t feed them if you’re staying here.

Great Vacation Rental

This is a very nice, clean, updated apartment. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out and we loved sitting on the lanai in the morning and listening to the roosters (which we could not hear from inside the unit - a bonus). Close to Poipu Beach and shops. We would stay here again.

Great location and great amenities

My family and I had a great time staying in the condo for 10 days. It's about a mile walk to Poipu beach and pool is about 30 yards away. Boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas and small cooler on wheels are available to take to the beach. Poipu is a great place to vacation, and this is the best option I believe in the Poipu area.

We just rented Pili Mai 7M this past week and it was absolutely perfect. The property was well stocked with everything we needed including beach accessories, kitchen appliances, and cleaning products. The unit has a beautiful view of the golf course and the ocean in the distance. I would absolutely recommend this property to friends and family.

no central air!!!

make sure contract is read in full, unfortunately i didnt take the time to read the small print of this unit not having central air, we were setup with portable air in the bedrooms,(try to sleep with a loud fan going) but the rest of the unit ie kitchen and living room was hot as hell!! also all the beach equipment was dated, and torn we have been renting at Pili Mai since 2016 and this was by far the worse property we have stayed in

In the words of my 5 year old son we stayed at the “Paradise Condo.” Absolutely beautiful condo and grounds. Amazing views. Property grounds with beautiful flowers, perfectly manicured property and a lovely pool and hot tub. Kitchen has everything you need and the beds were very comfortable. It truly was like staying in paradise. We would definitely come here again.

Great for families!

What a great home for our trip to Kauai!! This home is beautiful! My kids kept telling us it was the best house we've stayed in on any of our family vacations. The home was great for our family of 5. The large kitchen had all the amenities you need to cook in. There are grills within steps of the house to cook outdoors as well. The pool was also really close to the home, which the kids loved to visit everyday. There is a lanai that sits up against the golf course which also has a view of the ocean. There is air conditioning but it is in the form of portable air conditioning units in each of the rooms in which you're unable to fully close the plantation shutters at night for full privacy.

Loved it!

The rental was beautiful! We’re right on the golf course and the view was beautiful. It was clean, comfortable and big enough everyone had a little privacy. We had a couple questions for the property manager and he promptly took care of them. We didn’t want to leave. We will go back.

The central air conditioner did not work. Temporary units were in bedrooms only. Outside AC units are very noisy and located next to the patios. Otherwise a nice property.
