Great Location, Beautiful condo

Condo is in a great location in Poipu and part of a beautiful complex. Unit is very well maintained and everything was in good working order. We spent hours out on the oceanfront lanai and enjoyed the pool. Easy walking to restaurants and shops.

Beautiful, spacious condo

What a fantastic stay! The condo was lovely, the views can't be beat, the pool was bigger than expected (and usually quiet), and the Parrish staff were exceptional. We hope to return and stay in this unit again!

Beautiful location. Some fixes needed.

Loved the location. House provided ample room to have quiet space. Gorgeous ocean view. Some repairs needed: screen not attached fully to door allowing for mosquitos to enter, cracked toilet lid downstairs, broken patio chairs. New carpet or flooring would also make a huge difference!

Beautiful views!

We enjoyed our stay but felt the unit needed updating from the 80’s. Unfortunately the carpet is old and dirty which desperately needs replacing. Cleaning crew did a great job but the house is in need of repair. Slider in master bedroom wouldn’t close all the way and bathrooms needed updating to remove the carpet at the sink area.

Great location

This is a great place. Great views. Roomy. We wished the pillows weren’t so hard. The air conditioner in the second bedroom was very noisy. We also felt they should have had as many beach chairs to use as each condo sleeps. Overall we enjoyed staying here!

Perfect location for much needed vacation

Traveled here with my family including 20-month-old twins, my sister, and her husband. The place was a perfect setup for all of us—a family-friendly, ideal location for walkable trips to the beach, food, etc. I highly recommend it!
