Poipu Sands #427 is a luxury 2 bedroom condo with 2 large master suites, each with king beds, ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning for your enjoyment. This is a very lovely property, with beautiful ocean views from the lanai and the interior of the unit. Kitchen is fully up to date and offers plenty of room and amenities.

Private tennis courts and a large pool that is never crowded are just two of the great things about the Poipu Sands complex. The Grand Hyatt Resort and Spa is located due east of the property and is absolutely gorgeous. Many nice restaurants and things to do, morning coffee, evening hula shows and music! Happy hour on the lanai and the world class Poipu Bay Golf course is a 5 minute walk away. Shipwreck Beach is located just out the front door and just a short stroll to the sandy beach. Poipu Sands #427 is a spacious and up to date 2 bedroom condo that you will find meets every expectation for your Kauai dream vacation!

This property also includes beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and a beach umbrella for your enjoyment.

What to Expect During Your Stay at Poipu Sands in 2024-25:

Roof replacement construction activities Monday through Saturday, but not on Sundays, during evening hours, or before 7am. Official working hours are from 7:30am – 6:00 pm. You should expect to hear noise and see workers installing new roofs per the schedule above. There will also be construction equipment and supplies on site. Construction will be limited to the buildings as noted above to minimize the disturbance to the rest of the property as much as possible.

SAFETY ZONES:

Guests are advised to be alert when encountering yellow caution tape, barricades and/or orange cones as they will designate work areas on or around buildings.

PARKING: Some parking areas will be offline during the entire project, others near buildings as construction necessitates. At this time, we have not been made aware of parking restrictions for building #4.

ENTRANCES: Unit entrances and lanais may be temporarily closed for safety. Outdoor furniture is to be removed during construction on building #4 (October 28th to December 9th 2024).

PERSONAL SAFETY:

As with all construction, guests need to be diligent and alert when walking around the active construction site.

Policies on Savings During Roof Replacement at Poipu Sands at Poipu Kai:

Valid on 4-night minimum stays between September 9th to December 9th and January 27th 2025 to March 3rd 2025. Promotion may end at any time. Standard payment terms apply. It cannot be combined with any other discount. Additional processing and cleaning fees apply per reservation. All rates are subject to change at any time and do not include the Hawaii State of General Excise Tax (GET) of 4.72%; Hawaii StateTransient Accommodation Tax (TAT) of 10.25%, and a County of Kauai Transient Accommodation Tax (Kauai TAT) of 3%.
