"The beach and pool were great, easily accessible. Plenty of activities to enjoy. We booked the submarine and swimming with the manta rays. The food at the luau was delicious and event was top notch. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay! "

"We were in Kona for the Queen Lili outrigger race and the location was fantastic! We had many of our team members stay at the Kona Plaza condos. It really worked out great! We loved the layout and lanai it truly was perfect! We felt our condo was the best!! "

"First impression driving into the parking lot it does not seem as fantastic a complex. Get up to your room and every detail is very clean, organized and well thought out. The best part is the location… our unit had the best view of the Mokuaikaua Church and go down to the parking garage, walk through the exit and you were right down in the middle of downtown Kona, where you cannot find parking it was amazing… "
