"The property and location were amazing! We had the best time! The buffet was a bit chaotic and the pool staff were incredible but understaffed. The only down side was the house keeping rarely came. We have a baby and so having the room cleaned and garbage taken out would have been helpful. We loved the location and will be back again! "
"This was the perfect choice for our vacation. The condo was comfortable and clean, with plenty of room for everyone to unpack and relax. With the reserved parking spot, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and wi-fi we had everything we needed to live comfortably and come and go easily. The location is an easy walk to some great restaurants and shopping. The closet full of beach supplies was especially helpful for our trips to the beach. When we were not out exploring the island, we especially loved sitting on the lanai enjoying the views and sounds of the ocean. The only thing better than a great condo? Wonderful owners. We reached out with a couple of questions, and found the owners to be responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond in providing us with some great tips about favorite beeches, dining, and other activities on the island. Thanks for helping make this a fantastic vacation for my family."

"First impression driving into the parking lot it does not seem as fantastic a complex. Get up to your room and every detail is very clean, organized and well thought out. The best part is the location… our unit had the best view of the Mokuaikaua Church and go down to the parking garage, walk through the exit and you were right down in the middle of downtown Kona, where you cannot find parking it was amazing… "
