The Hotel offers a free secured parking lot for bike. There is no e-loading option. I could leave my bike after check-in giving me the opportunity to visit Constance using the public transportation. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel (Bus 6). The hotel is located in an industrial/commercial area.

It looks like an industrial area. But it's just a 10 minutes walk to the "See-Rhine" with a footpath along the river and a beergarden. Very good for a run in the morning.

Fridge was not working. Did not get shower towles replacement - even after several requests. Had to contact cleaning crew on floor to get towels rplaced. Late cleaning after return from day trip had to be canceled. Breakfast area one day completely overcrowded.

Hotel und Zimmer liefern normalen Standard eines Hotels der Klasse. Ich hatte mir am Morgen Zeit genommen um Feedback am Counter zu hinterlassen. Sowohl zur Lautstärke des "Fahrstuhlgongs", zur nicht abschaltbaren Lüftung im Bad und deren Lautstärke und zum nicht funktionierenden TV. Zu den ersten beiden Punkte wollte die Mitarbeiterin keine Beschwerden mehr aufnehmen. Diese Punkte sind bekannt und interessieren um Management niemanden. Ich sollte eine Bewertung schreiben oder das Management per Mail kontaktieren. Ich möchte zu dem folgenden Mailverkehr mit dem Hotel hier nur sagen. Das Management sieht keine Fehler oder Verbesserungsbedarf an der Qualität des Hotels. Das die Mitarbeiterin am Counter so regaiert hat, wundert mich nach dem Verlauf des Mailverkehrs überhaut nicht mehr.

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend und bietet eine große Auswahl. Das Hotel verfügt über einige Parkplätze, die man zum Einchecken nutzen kann, und in der Nähe gibt es weitere kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten

Auf den ersten Blick alles gut. Jedoch in der Nacht pfeift die Abluft aus dem Badezimmer (lt Personal im allen Zimmern der Fall und man wisse davon). Am morgen bemerkt man, dass der Abfluss des Waschbeckens im Bad fast dicht ist. Dies hat man dann am Empfang, nachdem man sich auf Englisch verständigen musste, auch mitgeteilt und obwohl unter der Woche, wurde dies nicht behoben. Außerdem wurde bei Buchung gebeten, im 5ten oder 6ten von 6 Stockwerken untergebracht zu werden. Dies wurde eigentlich auch bestätigt. Es war dann das 3.OG. damit höhere Chance das abends/nachts getrampel von oben nerven kann... Was dann auch so war.

Super reichhaltiges Frühstück. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Die Fahrräder hatten einen verschlossenes Abteil im Parkhaus. Die Bushaltestelle war direkt am Hotel.

Bereits beim einchecken fühlten wir uns wohl. Das Team war sehr freundlich, zugewandt und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist modern und praktisch eingerichtet, die Betten sind super bequem und haben uns begeistert. Haben selten so gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück war von sehr guter Qualität und riesiger Auswahl.Es fehlte an nichts. Besonders loben möchten wir das nette und hilfsbereite Personal im Frühstücksraum. Auch die Lage des Hotels hat uns gut gefallen. Waren in wenigen Minuten mit dem Bus im Zentrum. Die Haltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel. Wir können dieses Hotel nur bestens weiter empfehlen.
