“We absolutely loved everything about this VRBO home in Matsumoto! It was an incredible value, with modern appliances, thoughtful touches like free snacks and bottled water, and a cozy, spotless interior. The owner was lovely—kind, communicative, and provided clear, detailed instructions for check-in, which made everything seamless. Even provided some free snacks and bottled water. Kids lived the Playstation The location couldn’t have been better—walking distance to the city center, shopping……

“We enjoyed going to hakuba. We found the sleeping arrangements uncomfortable. The Matt’s and beds felt uncomfortable. The upstairs bedroom was warm without its own ac. The towels are microfiber and difficult to try off. There is no chairs and no couch to watch tv on. The room on the first floor smelled like mildew. We did not feel relaxed in this house which is why I am leaving my first negative review on vrbo.”

“24時間以内にチェックインメールが来ると表示あるも15時になっても来ませんでした。他の部屋にチェックインのお客様が部屋にあるタブレットで楽天に連絡してくれて何とか入室出来ました。あとでわかった事で、予約完了画面の「施設への問い合わせ」から入室ルームナンバー等の表示がありました。 大変分かりづらいでした。”
