Very clean and the room is small but not too small for HK. Sometimes can hear neighbor next door. The Alarm all of a sudden rang at 10PM, if you shower you need to close the glass door. Scary a bit. Elevator slow and old. Otherwise very good. Bus outside convenient. Not bad .

This hotel's location, just one block from the Kwun Tung Promenade, is ideal for guests who enjoy morning jogs or exercise. However, its location in a factory district means it's a considerable distance from shopping malls and supermarkets, and the area offers little in the way of evening entertainment.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and well maintained but the surrounding area contains a lot of garage shops and primarily in an industrial area. It takes about 10 minutes walk to the nearest MTR station.

Good: TV has "Cast" function. I watched my streaming video at the TV screen. Wonderful!! Not so good: Amenity is average. No towel. Shower head is partly clogged. Wardrobe is open, without door. Lobby looks blank. A minimalistic concept or cost-cut concept?? I am not sure.

Staff was fine. Hotel was not up to standard. Pictures misleading. Purple lights in hallways unbecoming of any legitimate hotel. Noisy rooms. Can hear through walls. Left after 15 minutes and accepted reality: no refund.
