The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and always went the extra mile to get the information I was asking about; if they didn't know they would ask a colleague and I really appreciated this. Great location - 5 minute walk to the Star ferry terminal to go to Hong Kong Island. Easy to get Uber from HK airport to the hotel.
