De service van de conciërge liet te wensen over. Het slot van het appartement ging bij overdracht kapot, dat werd door het slot van de balkondeur vervangen. De volgende dag zou dit gerepareerd worden. Daarnaast zouden er batterijen gedaan worden in de afstandsbedieningen van de airco en de vans. Wij hebben tot onze spijt. Moeten concluderen dat geen van bovenstaande werd gedaan
