"Nice hotel close to China town. Helpful staff Only complaint is their poor capability to handle allergies. I’m gluten allergic and they could hardly offer any assistance , most staff didn’t even understand what I was talking about."

"It’s an amazing hotel, beautifully decorated, great pools (and the water park for the kids is amazing). Service was very good and room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was a bit too firm for my taste. But my son had a great time in the pools. Worth noting that you can only use one session of the water park for kids (either morning or afternoon) and indoor playground it’s an additional cost. We didn’t use it as weather was lovely so we stayed in the pools, but it looked very nice. Breakfast was very nice, with a good selection of options. "

"Excellent hotel and our stay at JEN Singapore Tanglin by Shangri-La was great. The concierge Mr. Bayani and all the staff were extremely helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located across the Orchard Boulevard MRT station. Loved the city and the hotel and we will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Singapore."

"The hotel location is in the center of Singapore with easy access to all the tourist attractions. It’s also adjacent to the Orchard mall with tons of options for dining and shopping making this hotel and favorable option for families with small children. It was super easy and affordable to call a Grab car or taxi. No need to rent a car. This staff is amazing, they literally turn down the room and vacuum every day. The roof top pool and restaurant is awesome. You have spectacular views with an infinity pool that has jets to massage your body. Five star accommodations and service. Will stay here if we ever return to Singapore."
