Bitte eine genauere, d.h. Schritt-für-Schritt- Beschreibung, wie man den Schlüsselkasten öffnet, hier steht man sonst vor einem Rätsel, das man nach einer längeren Anreise nicht mehr zu lösen fähig ist Kein Seeblick, man ist zwar sehr nah am Ufer, aber es stehen ja die anderen Häuser der Wohnanlage davor!

Eine sehr schöne saubere und gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, mit einer großen Sonnenterrasse. Die Lage der Wohnung vorne ein Park und um die Ecke der Bodensee, besser geht es nicht.6 Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Abwicklung der Buchung war unkompliziert und einfach.

Das Wohnzimmer ist relativ dunkel. Durch die Fotos wird der Eindruck erweckt, dass es sich um einen hellen Raum handeln würde. In der Wohnungsbeschreibung ist "Seesicht" angehakt. Das trifft nicht zu.

Schöne Wohnung unweit des Sees

Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler und allen Geräten. Ausserdem mit Grundausstattung Reinigungsmittel, Klopapier wie selten. Der einzige Nachteil ist das Bad, in dem eine Grundfeuchte besteht, sodass man die Handtücher im Wohnzimmeer trocknen muss. Darauf kann man sich einstellen. Ansonsten alles perfekt.

Perfekt Zentral gelegen Kurze Wege zum Bäcker, den Nahverkehrsmitteln, zur Promenade und zur Gaststätte Boje. Optimal ist der Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Es ist an alles gedacht. 5Sterne +++

Wunderschön!!

Die Wohnung war ganz frisch renoviert und sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war auch alles vorhanden , was man brauchen könnte ...selbst die Töpfe und Pfannen waren pfuschneu ! Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist klasse vor allem auch für Leute ,die Fahrräder mitbringen ...da unten ist alles sicher verwahrt. Auf der Terrasse kann man sehr schön frühstücken und entspannen. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich die direkte Nähe zum Bodensee - nur 2 Gehminuten - und auch eine Pizzeria / Eisdiele und der Bäcker , die man in wenigen Minuten erreicht . Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Es war wunderschön...unsere Unterkunft war offensichtlich frisch renoviert und modern ausgestattet .Es war alles vorhanden ,was man brauchte . Wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Besonders schön war der ganz kurze Fussmarsch zum Bodensee , aber auch Bäcker , Pizzeria , Eisdiele waren in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar . Besonders das Restaurant Boje im Ort hat uns total überzeugt...absolute Empfehlung !

Super Fewo

Die Fewo liegt quasi direkt am See, man muss nur über die Straße gehen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos und schnell ab. Die Wohnung war sauber und alles da, was man benötigt.

Hervorragende Lage, Terrasse hervorragend, Tiefgarage sehr gut und bequem,

Neben allen wunderbaren Annehmlichkeiten, die dieses Appartement bietet, hat uns ein Geschirrspüler gefehlt (selbst eine Spülbürste war für den handbetriebenen Abwasch nicht aufzutreiben.) Eine Waschmaschine im Bad wäre auch nicht schlecht, zumal der Anschluss bereits dafür gelegt ist. Wunderbar und einzigartig der Tiefgaragenplatz, der bequem Raum für die mitgebrachten Fahrräder und für das Fahrzeug bot.

Gute Wohnung ohne Backofen

Das Objekt ist gut gepflegt, wie die gesamte Anlage. Es liegt sehr günstig am See, mit kurzen Wegen. Lediglich der fehlende Backofen sollte nachgerüstet werden. Im neu renovierten Bad läuft beim Duschen das Wasser unter der Duschtür durch. Beides sind Kleinigjkeieten, die einefach abgestellt werden können. Insgesatmt eine gut ausgesatattete Wohnung, auch technisch (W-Lan, TV).

Schöne Wohnung ohne Backofen

Die Wohnung ist gut gepflegt und gut ausgesatattet. Lediglich der Backofen fehlt. In dem neu renovierten Bad lief beim Duschen das Wasser unter der Duchtür durch. Dies ist aber mit neuen Lippen an der Tür schnell zu beheben. Auch die technische Ausstattung (W-Lan und SAT-TV) ist gut. Angenehm war der Tiefgaragenplatz und der dadurch bequeme Zugang zur Wohnung. Die Einheit ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen.

Es gibt viele Aber...

Im Grossem und Ganzem ist so weit alles in Ordnung. wir waren über Silvester da, Heizung ist immer wieder ausgefallen, im Bad gibt es gar kein Heizkörper, somit war es im Bad ziemlich kalt. Ausserdem sind die Dichtungen in der Dusche undicht, das Wasser spritzt ziemlich überall. Es gibt keine Waschmaschine und es gibt auch kein Backofen in der Küche. Die Kaffeemaschine mussten wir erstmal richtig putzen, sie war ziemlich mit Kaffeesatz verstopft. An sich ist die Anlage sehr schön, nah am Bodensee und ist in der ruhigen Gegend.

Die Unterkunft hat a...

Die Unterkunft hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, und werden,wenn möglich, entsprechende Empfehlungen weitergeben. Was wir nicht so optimal fanden: weder der Weg noch der Hauseingang waren bei Nacht beleuchtet. Es war ein schöner Urlaub für uns.
