「Very very kind staff. Their rooms are very different and cozy from other hotels and they had nice wooden structures that reach the ceiling. They’re so romantic and perfect for a couple stay. Everything in the lounge area was also very cozy and relaxing. Def recommend if you’re staying in Reykjavík. 」

Communication was efficient but no service provided effectively. We couldn’t find the on-site manager in our 8-day stay. 4/5 Room Condition - Very nice. New. 「The hotel was perfect for our honeymoon! The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was amazing and left a complimentary note and gifts in our room. The views were stunning and nice and private. The breakfast was so tasty and great having it in our room. All the staff were so helpful, suggesting places to visit and sorting out anything we needed. Would definitely recommend!」
