A fully open kitchen completes this level, fitted with 1 hot plate, an oven, a dishwasher, 3 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC serves the ground floor. The upper floor is accessed via an exterior staircase and features a second living room with satellite TV, a DVD player, an electric heater, and air conditioning. This level hosts 2 additional bedrooms: 1 room with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and 1 room with 1 double bed.
