“We had a great stay at Ryan’s place in Maui. The condo was very clean, the loft was awesome, and the pool being right on the beach next to the water was a huge bonus. The sunsets were beautiful every night — at least until the rain during our last couple of days.Ryan was very responsive. I had a question about the WiFi password and he replied quickly (even though I later realized it was already in a previous message). The location was perfect for what we wanted. You can hear some highway……

“The property has a shared backyard with another rental. The BBQ, backyard, and hot tub are potentially shared with strangers and no notice is given of that in the listing or by the host during the stay. ”

“The neighborhood is a nice quiet area, with shops & places to eat within a minute walk. The driveway is a bit tricky, but opens up to a beautiful property with plenty of outdoor space. The house itself was very clean & neat, and the rooms all fit our needs. We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed a week! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay off the beaten path but still be able to see everything you want!”

“Loved this home. We stayed only one night but want to return to stay longer to enjoy some of the cool features of the home, like the wood counter tops, large couch facing the ocean, sizeable kitchen and dining area. The upper balcony was the most enjoyed by our group of 6. Sleeping accommodations were perfect. Proximity to the beach, less than 3 minute walk, was also a bonus. Highly recommend this gem in Hana”

“Great stay! Wonderful location, we were able to walk to the restaurant/food truck area. The balcony was nice with a view of the ocean. It looks just like the pictures and had everything we needed. The shower got hot fast. The parking spot was a little confusing at first but they helped us figure it out, it was great having our own spot right in front. We enjoyed the unit. ”
