"Great, clean and spacious. But the pillows provided are too soft for our liking. Nevertheless there is a option to choose the pillows of your choice, got a swap and the pillows were great. They were delivered very quickly too. Asked for ice and they also delivered the same very quickly in ice buckets. One thing for improvement is probably the sound proofing, could hear neighbours from next door and outside. "

Well done renaissance jb! Ps only advice is to look at centralised aircon which could be difficult to expect at times "

"The place is very clean and new. The hotel room is small but it's comfortable enough for me, no issue on that. The only downside is there is no parking available on-site."

"Great hotel stay for family on top of big shopping mall. Stayed here for 3 nights with short travelling time of 20minutes to Legoland and Mid Valley. Not so crowded as Mid Valley but you have most similar shops at Paradigm mall. Kids love the mall. "
