hotel is amazingly located in the main shopping street of kumamoto making kombinis, shops, food options and transport links at an abundance!! the hotel is extremely organised and clean, check in was smooth with the kindest staff always willing to help. the room is small and i struggled to open a large suitcase however it has everything you need. there are free drinks available in the lobby daily from 2-10pm, the breakfast buffet is the best i’ve ever experienced - so clean, yummy and always well stocked. the public bath is free with the hotel stay however please be aware if you have tattoos they are NOT tattoo friendly so you’ll need to cover them up or take a miss this time. overall, couldn’t recommend more for a few days stay in kumamoto!!

Reception were very friendly and helpful. The location was very central, which unfortunately resulted in higher parking costs overnight. The internet was excellent, and a coin laundry was available. We didn't worry about the hot baths. The only real negative was the minimal space for suitcases. This wasn't popular with my travelling companions.

Had a very pleasant stay. They provide Stickers for small tattoos you might have. The spa/ sentimental was really refreshing after travelling. The facilities were also very clean and the interior was well lit and furnished in a bright tone, which made everything fell very cozy and clean. Staff was very nice and polite. The surrounding area is also very convient, super close to a big modern mall “Sakura”. Had a very pleasant stay, would definitely visit again.
